A lovely Havana night with Chef Lesa. To begin your adventure, you will enjoy Ajiaco Soup, a rich broth with corn riblets, squash and sweet potato. For your main course, Chef Lesa will teach you how to make an authentic Mojo sauce that will smother a beautiful pork tenderloin ... Mojo Pork! For dessert, she will be making the divine and traditional Guava Bars, sweet and tart with a dash of butter.
