If you love Cuban food… this is your class! Mark your calendar for Tuesday, April 28, and get your tickets today for A Night in Havana. To start the night, Chef Lesa has to make her favorite sandwich ... The Cubano! Pork three ways with the snap of a pickle, melted cheese and grilled on a lovely bread. Your main dish is Vaca Frita, a braised beef shredded then pan fried until crispy, served with Arroz con Frijoles (rice and beans). You will also enjoy Chef Lesa's Cuban Olive Salsa Verde. $65
