Join Chef Lesa on Tuesday, August 5, to experience a Night in the Philippines, where Chef Lesa will take you on a journey for your tastebuds! To begin the night will be Hand-Rolled Lumpia filled with sliced pork and a sweet chili sauce. The next dish is Pork Dinakdakan, pork belly cooked in many spices, shishito peppers and jasmine rice. For dessert, Chef Lesa will make you Bibingka Cake with fresh coconut and pineapple ... and it's gluten free!
