Wine House CDA is proud to present a relaxed four-course Valentine’s dinner in collaboration with Chef Lesa LeBeau and
Robinson Confections.
The evening will unfold over four thoughtfully curated courses:
Course One
Wine House CDA’s Signature Charcuterie and Wycliff Brut Rosé
Course Two
Seasonal greens with pomelo and toasted pistachio, tossed in lemon vinaigrette and paired with a refreshing white wine:
Browne Family Vineyards GiGi’s Garden
Course Three
Chef Lesa’s famous scratch-made lasagna featuring handmade pasta, bolognese sauce with sausage and beef, paired with Browne Family Vineyards Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon
Course Four
A selection of world-class chocolates from Robinson Confections, paired with Trentadue Chocolate Amore Red Dessert Wine
