An Evening in Italy featuring Genovese Dishes happens Tuesday, April 14, where Chef Lesa will share her love of these lovely Mediterranean dishes. To start the night you will enjoy a Crisp Salad with a Citrus Dressing. A homemade Focaccia with fresh basil and tomatoes with pair perfectly with a hot bowl of Cioppino. This is a tomato based seafood stew brimming with fish, clams, prawns and much more! For dessert you will enjoy a divine Olive Oil Cake made with fresh oranges. $65
