Join Chef Lesa for a night full of big flavor! To begin your evening, you will enjoy a traditional Sizzling Crepe! This is created with egg and filled with prawn, veggies and a bright sauce. For the main course ... Pho Bo! A beef soup simmered for hours and served over rice noodles and topped with fresh herbs! For dessert, Chef Lesa will make her Banana Bread Pudding!
