Enjoy a flavor bomb night with Chef Lesa on July 7. Learn the art of Asian delicacies, starting with Crying Tiger Shrimp Toast made in a savory imported donut, fried until crisp. The next dish is an Open Pork Dumpling fried and steamed with a Chili Sauce. Next up is a Crispy Fried Rice Cake with a Beet-Cured Salmon. The last treat is Crunchy Shrimp made with Rice Paper and Sweet Chili Sauce. $65
