Chef Lesa will be creating a few of her favorite Asian dishes on June 4 ... don't miss out! To kick off the night, Chef Lesa will make Crying Tiger Shrimp Toast, made in a savory Chinese Donut and fried with a lovely sauce. Next up is an Open Pork Ball Dumpling with a Chili Aioli. The last treasure of the evening will be a Crisp Fried Rice Cake with Soy-Cured Salmon. $65
