Back to School Reset

Feeling pulled in a million directions? This workshop is a gentle, encouraging reset for Moms with school age children.

We’ll laugh, reflect, and get real about the everyday chaos of parenting—while giving you simple, doable tools to bring more calm, connection, and confidence into your home.

You’ll learn how to:

• Respond instead of react in stressful moments

• Recognize and support your kids’ big emotions (without losing it yourself)

• Shift out of common power struggles using the “Drama to Empowerment” model

• Build stronger communication with your kids and partner

• Take care of YOU in the process (yes, that still matters!)

You'll also enjoy a playful icebreaker, hands-on activities, relatable stories, and time to connect with other moms who get it.

This isn’t about doing more—it’s about finding better ways to show up in what you’re already doing.

You’ll leave with:
