Debbie Ramirez 

Debbie  shares Champion’s passion for serving entrepreneurs and small but growing businesses. An innate teacher and coach,  Debbie has devoted her career to mentoring others. She is passionate about helping business owners develop clarity around their business, values, and next steps. Debbie is warm and approachable and has a genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their dreams. She enjoys helping business owners create rhythms that allow them to develop not only a business they can love, but also a thriving personal life as well.  Debbie has coached in a variety of industries, and especially enjoys the healthcare space. Debbie’s superpower is identifying patterns and bringing clarity to otherwise confusing and complex situations.

Carrie Maldonado

Carrie got her degree in neuropsychology from the University of British Columbia, and completed projects under the direction of the former Head of Behavioral Sciences of Notre Dame University. This led to her serving as Senior HR VP for a large, multi-state construction company for about 10 years, followed by another five leading HR in the Telecommunications sector, during which time she obtained her SHRM and SPHR certifications. Carrie is certified in DiSC, Culture Index. Compensation Strategy, Resume Writing, Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, and HR Ethics. Carrie’s favorite role is Mom to daughter Grace (14) and twins Aiden and Ben (12).
