Fireside Pop-Up Pilot

Fireside Pop-Up is a one-of-a-kind outdoor gathering that blends comfort, cozy vibes, and community. The event features a main central fire-pit, private lounges with smaller table-top fire pits, and fully outfitted s’mores and cocoa bars where guests can craft tasty creations and enjoy time around the fire.

Friday, November 28th at 210 E Lakeside Ave. In Coeur D’Alene Idaho following the annual lighting ceremony.

Event Flow (drop in anytime):

• Doors & fires at 6:00 PM
• S’mores & cocoa available through the night
• Fires wind down at 11:30 PM

Your ticket includes:

• Access from 6 PM–midnight (come and go as you like)
• Shared fire-pit lounge seating (first-come, first-served)
• S’mores station
• Cocoa bar with toppings (non-alcoholic)
• Blankets + ambient lighting
• Hosts tending fires and keeping things cozy

Food & drink:

• No alcohol will be served at this event.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted.
• You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and water bottles.

What to bring / wear:

• Warm layers (it’s fully outdoors)
• Neighborly vibes ✨

Good to know:

• Family-friendly. Children must be supervised near fires.
• No smoking or vaping near pits.

Pets:

• Animals are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and please keep them a safe distance from fires.
• Accessibility: Ground-level access; contact us if you need specific accommodations so we can reserve a suitable spot.

Weather and Safety:

• We monitor wind and weather closely. In case of unsafe conditions, we may pause service, relocate within the venue, or reschedule and honor your tickets.
• Fires are attended by trained hosts; please follow posted guidance and keep clear zones around each pit.

By purchasing and selecting “I agree,” you acknowledge that all ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds; however, we gladly allow ticket exchanges for future Fireside Pop-Up dates if your plans change or if weather conditions aren’t ideal for your group.

Fireside Pop-Up is an outdoor experience, and guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for the weather. Because unexpected conditions can occur, we remain flexible and will work with you to reschedule to another available night if needed.
