Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join Chef Lesa on Thursday, April 30, to learn the art of pasta making! You will make Orecchiette … or "little ears." Also on the menu, Laminated Pasta - two sheets with herbs pressed between. There will be two different, and delicious, sauces served with your pasta. Then it's time to savor your hard work! $65
