The next Hayden Sprint Triathlon will occur on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Honeysuckle Beach in Hayden, Idaho. As a local non-profit fundraiser, all proceeds are donated back to our local community.

The Hayden Sprint Triathlon is an annual non-profit race in Hayden, Idaho. Entering its 13th year, this event is popular with both highly-experienced triathletes AND first-time participants. The event sold out its 350 slots in 2025; we have increased our capacity to 400 participants in 2026 (and doubled our bike racks)! Whether you’re an experienced sprinter or simply looking for a new life challenge, this event will test your speed, recovery, and mental strength at every stage. (New Triathletes: Every sprint triathlon has a couple of participants who enjoy their experience with the BARE minimum: Goggles, Shorts, Bike, Helmet, Shoes, Shirt. Are you a first-time triathlete?
