This class with Chef Dan will feature a bright coastal menu built around seafood, tomatoes, citrus, herbs, olive oil and late-summer fruit. On the menu: Whipped ricotta with Charred Peaches, Basil, Aged Balsamic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Toasted Breadcrumb. Golden Mussel and Scallop Risotto with Tomato, Fennel, White Wine, Lemon, Parsley and Olive Oil. Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Macerated Summer Berries and Lightly Sweetened Whipped Cream. $65
