Shawarma Night returns June 9 with Chef Lesa—this class is highly requested. Warmly spiced chicken stacked on a skewer on a specially made pan. The sliced chicken will be served on a Handmade Flatbread with Toum, a garlic sauce, and homemade lemon hummus. Served with this lovely dish will be a Tabbouleh Salad and a medley of warm olives. $65
