Get ready to fire up your tastebuds in a bold flavor-packed class that celebrates the smoky, spicy soul of Southwest cuisine. Chef Ricky will teach you how to dominate on the grill to create a Spatchcock Chicken, crispy skin and juicy meat! The meat will be shredded to create rich, creamy Green Chile Enchiladas bubbling with melty goodness! The next dish will utilize the chicken into sliders with all the good toppings! For sides, Chef Ricky will make a pot of his Charro Beans laden with bacon and brown sugar. There will also be a tangy slaw. Join us for this culinary journey where smoke meets spice.
