A night with big exotic flavors! Join Chef Lesa on June 30 for Thai Night. To begin the evening, Chef Lesa will make Larb—ground pork, spices and chilies served in lettuce leaves with veggies and Nuoc Cham Sauce. Next is the delicious Thai Yellow Curry with lemongrass, chilies, squash and coconut cream, garnished with herbs and fresh coconut. To finish the night, Fresh Spring Rolls with rice noodles, prawns and veggies eaten with a sweet chili sauce. $65
