Join The Chef's Table CdA for an evening of fun learning the basics of canning and food preservation with the Queen of Canning on August 19. To begin the evening, you will enjoy getting to know Alex, the Queen of Canning, and learning about the basics of canning. She will walk you through the dos and don'ts of canning followed by a step-by-step presentation of how to preserve fresh berries. Throughout the presentation, you will enjoy a locally sourced charcuterie board featuring assorted jams by the Queen of Canning, with the option to purchase wine or beer. You will also receive a prepared shelf-stable jar of the berries we will be preserving this evening. $65
