This class is filled with warm spices and big flavors! To start the evening, Chef Lesa will make Tabbouleh, a salad with bulgur, veggies and a bright dressing. The next dish is a Borek Spiral, a circular pastry filled with spiced beef and potato. For dessert you will adore the Turkish Revani, a moist cake soaked in honey with a crunchy pistachio topping! $65
