This is Chef Lesa's most requested class! Bold, bright flavors featuring Pho Bo, a beef pho with paper-thin sliced beef and that 24-hour broth! The next dish will be Bun Cha, grilled pork over coconut steamed rice and a lovely sauce. For dessert is a gluten-free coconut pineapple cake that is to die for. $65
