The Menu: I. Graham Beck Brut paired with Pan-Seared Diver Scallop with a Lemon Pistachio Cream; II. Iris Pinot Gris paired with Baby Greens with Shredded Chicken finished with a Pomelo Vinaigrette; III. Llama Malbec paired with Herb-Crusted Lamb Lollipop with a Chimichurri Sauce; IV. Va Piano Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Braised Short Rib with Potato Pavé; V. Chocolate Cherry Port paired with an assortment of Chocolates.
