Fun Fact: Taco Works’ famous Taco Truck will be onsite at the entrance of the Hampton Inn. They will be selling breakfast burritos in the morning and all of their menu favorites all day available for purchase.

Vendor Bingo:

How do we encourage attendees to visit each vendor? Vendor bingo. Every attendee receives a bingo sheet with each vendor's company name on it. They are instructed to visit every booth to have each booth signed off. Once all spots are signed off (bingo black out), they show person at entry table and receive a raffle ticket to put in for the prize of their choice. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the raffle. (NOT REQUIRED) It is just another visibility opportunity.

Charm Bracelet Creation:

Attendees will recieve a blank charm bracelet at entrance. When attendee gives you their bingo sheet, you sign it and give them a bead/charm for them to put on their bracelet. You can go on Amazon and 200+ beads for $20 or less. Bead must have a hole 4.5mm or larger to fit the silver charm bracelet we will be giving guests. (NOT REQUIRED) It is just another visibility opportunity. You could have each bead separately in a tiny clear bag stapled to your business card or menu of services you offer...the ideas are endless.
